Manufacture of forgings with diameter of up to 450 mm with a raceway, for a wide range of ball and roller bearings.

The macrostructure of forgings strictly corresponds to standards of the leading bearing companies, which guarantees long service life.

For bearing plants that use the technology of machining rings in the form of combined "tower" consisting of the outer and inner rings, it is possible to manufacture complex forgings weighting up to 20 kg.

Forgings of complete rings with rolling and rolled out raceway weighing up to 12-15 kg (total inner and outer ring) are manufactured on a special complex line with minimal waste, low power consumption and high coefficient of metal consumption.

The accuracy of forging directly affects the speed and economy of the final production costs when machining at the customer’s site.

The quality of components and materials has great importance for manufacture of such high-precision products as bearings. Our products are certified according to the ISO 9001: 2008, and the plant prepares for certification according to the ISO/TS 16949.
