It is symbolic that on March 15, when the World Consumer Rights Protection Day is celebrated, the Kharkiv Bearing Plant summarizes the results of the first webinar this year "Claim settlement: important factors. What Customer should know", which took place on February 25.
HARP takes care of its customers. Company's specialists always provide professional advice and information support in solving any problems.
The webinar was another step of the company towards consumers, customers, dealers and buyers. All the participants, including representatives of international companies, noted the usefulness and necessity of holding such events in the future.
Among the most interested topics were: how to distinguish a fake from an original bearing; what quality criteria of bearing products should be followed; what is the procedure if the representatives of the seller and the buyer did not come to a common opinion when investigating the failure of the equipment; what bearing defects can be proved after the failure of the equipment; which failures can not be proved?
The discussion also focused on how to determine that the reason for the failure of bearings is improper operation and installation, how to establish the warranty period of the bearing and on what basis, how to confirm the correctness of the results of the input control, and many others.
Volodymyr Fedorchenko, Deputy Chief Designer of the Ukrainian Bearing Industry Design and Technology Bureau(UKTBPP), provided answers to all questions.
