In the first quarter of 2019, Kharkov Bearing Plant (HARP) has released an updated line of HARP AGRO UNIT hub assemblies.

The HARP AGRO UNIT hub assembly is one-piece, maintenance-free and herewith fully maintainable, with the possibility of replacing the bearing at any desired time of operation without changing the housing. For the first time, HARP brought to the market a line of new generation assemblies for use in agricultural equipment of both domestic and import production in 2014.

“In the updated line, the housing width, which had previously been 65 mm, was brought into full compliance with foreign analogues - 60 mm,” - says Vitaliy Bugrov, director of bearing sales department. - Also, the designers revised the internal structure of the assembly, as a result of which the bearing became even easier to be removed.  In addition, the new product has additional protection from the disk side.“

Upgrading the hub assemblies, HARP has not only improved the product, but also maintained the existing advantages - it is a galvanized housing that improves corrosion protection, Simrit type 3 cassette seal, which provides a high-degree protection for the entire lifetime, easy adaptation and installation on any soil-tillage tool.

“HARP AGRO UNIT bearing assemblies ensure the operation of agricultural units for five or more years without the need for any maintenance of the assemblies. With an improved design, our maintenance-free solutions become even more reliable. Using HARP bearings, the agrarian will protect himself from breakdowns, downtime and costly repairs of agricultural equipment, which is especially important during the agricultural labour season“, - V. Bugrov added.

Kharkov Bearing Plant produces more than 500 types of bearings and continues to improve and expand its range of products. Today, HARP is working on the mastering of about 20 types of agricultural bearings.
