In June, the specialists of UPEC TRADING underwent the training "The work of sales manager at the exhibition. SPIN Selling" that is aimed to improve the skills of selling, marketing and technological tasks fulfillment connected with the product promotion.

The two-day training was conducted by business coach Aleksey Toporov, who has conducted about 8000 training hours in 80 companies of the country. For more than 15 years he has been teaching in such areas as business development strategies, management, personnel management, business communication, marketing, distribution, exhibitions, presentations, etc.

"This course is intended for managers and specialists of sales, promotion and service departments directly working with corporate customers. Sales manager shall be able not only to "negotiate" rightly, but also to learn how to manage communication, whole cycles of sales and negotiations, in order to build relationships, to ensure not only the achievement of the agreements, but also their execution", – notes Aleksey Toporov.

Managers and specialists of Sales Departments of UPEC have mastered new technologies, improved their skills in sales, consulting and support of work with customers.

"We often participate in international and regional specialized exhibitions to promote products to new markets, that's why this training course was very useful and informative for us, – points out the Head of Sales Department Elena Slavina. – The training program was built in such a way that after each theoretical block the managers had a practice to master the topic: individual, group and pair exercises on client communication, analysis and discussion of our sales practice, practicing of consulting skills, promotion and teamwork with visitors and partners during exhibitions".

The sales efficiency of UPEC TRADING managers will increase a hundred times after such active and saturated training.

"It is important that the managers monitor and develop the results of the training after that.
