THE BOOK ABOUT HARP WAS PUBLISHED

The book "Born to be the first: Kharkov Bearing Plant is 70 years old" was published to the company anniversary. It tells about one of the largest engineering enterprises of Ukraine – Kharkov Bearing Plant: main stages of its history, divisions and people, activity in modern economic conditions.

In the book there are photos and history of work days from 1945 to 2017. It is a documentary with a real soul that is traced in old-aged photos, in poems of working newspapers, in the moments of holidays and competitions. You can find information about workers, management personnel and veterans. All the pages are lively and become a historical footprint that was born to be first.

The popular scientific edition about HARP became continuation of books series, telling about development and formation of Kharkov as industrial center of the country.

"The important fact is that many representatives of the generation, who were directly participants of building and formation of the largest engineering enterprise in Kharkov, building of residential areas of the city and districts, still live. Their memoirs are set out in the book and have a value both for true preservation of historical events, and for upbringing of future generations of engineers of Kharkov Region", – notes General Director of UPEC IG Andrey Chudnovets.

It is to be recalled that the book HARP is the second on the account of the Industrial Group. Last year the book "LKMZ – 50 years. We write the history of the plant and the city together" was published to the 50th anniversary of LKMZ.
