LOZOVA MACHINERY OPENED THE AUTUMN DEMONSTRATION SEASON AT THE AGROTITANS BATTLE

LOZOVA MACHINERY opened the autumn demonstration season at one of the large-scale field exhibition-demonstration of machinery in Ukraine AGROTITANS BATTLE (September 7 – 8, Stepove village, Tetievsky district, Kyiv Region).

Over 1600 participants came to the event, in particular,  around 1000 representatives of the agricultural enterprises, and 65 companies demonstrated their machinery in work and stationary, including LOZOVA MACHINERY. 

The real field challenges on the Tetievsky fields took place within the six constantly working demonstration zones. LOZOVA MACHINERY presented their implements on several of them. GULDEN-4 demonstrated its work in the subsoilers zone. The disc harrows DUCAT-6 and DUCAT GOLD showed the results in one pass in the harrow and cultivators zone. 

“LOZOVA MACHINERY showed excellent results during general and individual demonstrations on the fields after winter wheat picking. For example, the GULDEN subsoiler demonstrated to the farmers alternative seedbed preparation in one pass",  – tells Aleksandr Gerasimov, Sales Manager.   

He adds that the substantial resources economy due to technological combining of several operations and the opportunity of using the implement for all field works is an integral benefit for farmers using the LOZOVA MACHINERY subsoiler.      

But the real fierce battles started up in harrows and cultivators demonstration zone, where Ukrainian and foreign producers fought for audience attention. The domestic producer LOZOVA MACHINERY had something to impress the farmers, demonstrating unique machinery. 

One of them is heavy disc harrow DUCAT GOLD that has no analogs on the Ukrainian market and can work efficiently on large stubble remains of tillage crops.    

"DUCAT GOLD is really new implement even according to global standards. The implement with working width of 8 m and disc diameter over 700 mm is a brand new product in the world, – notes the uniqueness of DUCAT GOLD Aleksey Grynenko, Chief Designer of The Ukrainian Design Bureau of Transmission and Chassis (UKBTSh). – We faced the particular fears at the beginning of development. In the same time our researches and calculation showed that we were on the right way. The following field trials and today's demonstrations have fully proved its effectiveness and relevance in the Ukrainian market, where tillage crops cover almost half of the areas under crops".

In addition to the "heavy artillery" LOZOVA MACHINERY demonstrated the work of another novelty –  disc harrow DUCAT-6 which is the logical sequel of DUCAT-5 and has almost 20% higher effectiveness.

The novelty has already conquered certain market share and exceeded the expectations of the machinery developers. "When we put DUCAT-6 on the market, we expected for steadily transition of the farmers from DUCAT-5 to the novelty. However, the results exceeded our expectations. According to results of the first half of 2017, DUCAT-6 took the steady 25% in the share of LOZOVA MACHINERY general sales volumes",  – tells Aleksey Grynenko and adds that in general the line of DUCAT disc harrows with individual tines is one of three sales leaders in Ukraine among disc harrows.
