Modernization
HARP has recently launched "The Ball 2024" project, realisation of which has already started.
Main target of the project is to implement the Mitsubishi operating system and Marpos production gauge, as well as developing of flexible automatic units with transporting system. The bearing washing and assembly line was put into operation.
The result of the current modernization should be a significant increase in productivity and quality of ball bearings, to increase sales on the European market and import substitution on the Ukrainian market.
Our target segments are the same as before: Agricultural machinery, Automotive industry and general industrial equipment.
Modernisation project is scheduled for 1.5 years and will be implemented co-operatively with retailer Mitsubishi Ukraine, KCK and SRS Precision in a part of nonstandard equipment.
