HARP AGRO UNIT — superreliable maintenance-free bearing units.
HARP AGRO UNIT increases productivity of the agricultural machinery by 150% and reduce costs by 30%. Bearing units can be used in domestic and imported agricultural machinery, being a worthy alternative to more expensive units like LEMKEN, SKF, FKL and other. The first developed bearing unit was for Lemken Rubin 9 disc harrow. Today HARP offers units for most of European disc harrows –, Great Plains, Einböck, Rabe, Quivogne, Gregoire Besson, Vogel&Noot, Köckerling, Horsch Joker, Hatzenbichler Disko, and seed drills – Sunflower 9000, Salford, Elvorti (Chervona Zirka).
All bearing units have superreliable three-level protection
In the HARP AGRO UNIT it is applied the principle of three barrier protection:
- 1 level – “Labyrinth cutter” – protects the main sealing from high pressure of the soil and mechanical damages.
- 2 level – “Cassette sealing” from the world leader Freudenberg Sealing Technologies (Simrit), which provides reliable protection from moisture and mechanical impurities from the external environment.
- 3 level – “Lip sealing” –additional lip sealing is built into the bearing and specially designed for application in agricultural machines. Inside of the unit there is HARP bearing – one of the most reliable bearings, proven by application in heavy-loaded machines.
