Among the last HARP developments is modernized front wheel hub bearing (6-256907АЕК12L19) for cars LANOS, SENS, Tavriya, Slavuta, VAZ-2108, VAZ-2109, VAZ-21099, VAZ-2110, VAZ-2111, VAZ-2112, manufactured by JSZ ZAZ, has been purchasing almost only HARP bearings since 2011.

In particular, bearing rings are hot-forged. Combined with lip-type sealing with spring-loaded lip instead of conventional rubber-reinforced sealing, this improves tightness and increases durability of the bearing. The bearing is filled with CHEVRON SRI GREASE NLG12/ BERUTOX FE 18EP (L20) greases with improved characteristics, which reduce the wear of raceways in the inner and outer rings.

In addition to increased service life, the HARP AUTO hub bearing is protected from moisture and dirt, has reduced noise and vibration level, which entails reduce of maintenance costs.

LKMZ offers a wide range of forgings for automotive industry, in particular complex-shaped with high accuracy, weighing from 0,1 kg to 160 kg

Depending on requirements, LKMZ manufactures forgings on crank presses (1000 - 6300 tons), horizontal forging machines (400-2000 tons), various rolling mills, hammers (steam-driven and open die), ring rolling machines and other modern equipment.

One of the main criteria is closeness of the forging to the finished part by its shape, as it reflects on the speed of production and costs.
