HARP has been granted PKP Cargo approved supplier status

Kharkiv Bearing Plant JSC "HARP" successfully passed the approval procedure of PKP Cargo (Poland) and received a certificate of approved supplier of railway bearing products, in particular bearings for axleboxes of freight/passenger wagons and bearings for traction motors.

PKP Cargo is the largest cargo logistics operator in Poland and the second largest in the European Union. The company has its own fleet of rolling stock – more than 60 thousand wagons. PKP Cargo is a part of the PKP Group, which in turn is the Polish national railway operator.

The approval of PKP Cargo allows HARP to supply the bearings and components specified in this certificate to all Polish railway companies that are part of the PKP Group, and also simplifies the delivery procedure to other Polish factories for the construction and repair of wagons and locomotives.

HARP has long confirmed its status as one of the leading European players in the mechanical engineering industry, and the approval of PKP Cargo will enable the company to increase its presence in the Polish market of bearing products in the railway industry.
