Exhibition

Kharkiv Bearing Plant, one of the largest suppliers of bearings in Eastern Europe, presents a line of housed bearing units of new generation – HARP Rock with unique performance features. Impact strength, wear resistance and resource are increased by 3 times!

The units are mainly applied in soil processing equipment: GASPARDO, KVERNELAND, FARMET, LOZOVA MACHINERY, PROSEM. Such equipment requires reliability, high performance and economy.

HARP Rock heavy-duty bearing units were developed in close cooperation with the largest European manufacturers of agricultural machinery in accordance with modern concepts of the world's agricultural machinery. The equipment has to work in extreme conditions, quickly and effectively coping with heavy soils, high pollution and moisture, and withstanding high impact loads.

HARP Rock makes it easy to solve these problems. The units are distinguished by a fundamentally new level of wear resistance, durability and reliability. The housing is made of ductile cast iron, which has high hardness, ductility and excellent performance characteristics.

The units are also equipped with bearings with a reinforced combined 6-lip seal with increased tightness and protection from mechanical damage – X-SHIELD-6.

HARP Rock units do not require maintenance throughout the entire life cycle, since they are filled with a heat-resistant and waterproof lubricant (however, they can be made in the maintainable version upon the customer's order). The amount of grease in the maintenance-free bearing is increased by 50% compared to standard, maintainable bearings. Among the advantages of HARP Rock units are also increased load capacity, extended service life and full interchangeability with standard housings.

Application of bearing units of new-generation opens up wide opportunities for engineers who create innovative models of equipment, allows increasing the profitability and competitiveness of agricultural machinery, ensuring its smooth operation.

Farmers will be able to increase productivity, avoid downtime and reduce financial costs associated with repairs and maintenance of implements, which is especially important for sowing and harvesting campaigns.
