Debut of DUСAT-9 disc harrow at AGRITECHNICA-2019

One of the novelties of LOZOVA MACHINERY, firstly introduced to the European market during AGRITECHNICA-2019, was the DUCAT compact disc harrow with a working width of 9 meters.

The harrow was met with great interest and attracted a lot of visitors. Design solutions implemented in the harrow were particularly impressive. The unit, presented in new modern design, is equipped with improved hydraulic mechanism and optimized folding system. For different types and conditions of cultivation, there are available five types of rollers. The DUCAT-9 work with tractors of 300 hp and more.

The harrow is distinguished by its comfort in operation, easy adjustment of working depth and optimal transport width of 3 meters.

High technical characteristics of the unit were confirmed by Sergiu Petre, the owner of a farm in Romania, who used DUCAT-9 during spring and autumn tillage. "I was especially pleased with the economy – significant reduction in fuel and maintenance costs during high quality and fast stubble tillage”.

Due to HARP AGRO UNIT maintenance-free bearing units, the rollers, work tools and frame joints do not require lubrication.

“We are committed to zero maintenance of our implements. Today, the most of implements do not have lubrication points. Farmers should be able to concentrate on their work and specific agricultural tasks, not to set up tillage machinery,” – says Oleksii Grynenko, Chief Designer of LOZOVA MACHINERY.
