NEW SERIAL PRODUCT OF LOZOVA MACHINERY AT AGRITECHNICA

LOZOVA MACHINERY continues introducing the advantages of the units that will be presented at AGRITECHNICA-2019 (Hannover, November 10-16).

The visitors and specialists of the agricultural industry will be able to see a serial novelty –  the unique heavy disc harrow DUCAT GOLD with a working width of 6 meters. The harrow, which has no analogues in the world, is intended for cultivation of soil in areas with stubble residues of rough-stemmed crops, such as corn and sunflower. In just one pass, the harrow quickly and efficiently carries out seedbed preparation in a fallow field without clogging the tools. Optimum mixing of soil and organic matter is achieved by means of an individually spring-loaded tine.

The implement is distinguished with a high output and excellent cross-country ability, both on dry stony ground and marshland. Equipping with discs of increased diameter of 724 mm allows the implement to work to a depth of 20 cm.

Bearing units, work tools and joints of DUCAT GOLD-6 frames do not have lubrication points, the harrow is comfortable in use and requires minimum maintenance.

The transport width of the harrow is 3 meters and fully meets the requirements of the European market.

In addition to the basic equipment, five types of rollers are available for different soils.

European farmers confirm the effectiveness of the DUCAT GOLD – in 2019 the implement has successfully passed a number of serious tests and test drives on local fields.
