HARP at Field Day LOZOVA MACHINERY

On July, 18 Kharkov Bearing Plant (HARP) presented bearings for agricultural machinery at the Field Day LOZOVA MACHINERY, which was held on territory provided by Private Company GARANT in Krasnopavlovka, Lozova district, Kharkiv region and gathered together more than 900 visitors from all over Ukraine.

There were presented HARP AGRO bearings with super-tight X-SHIELD seals, UC bearings (YAR analogues), ES (YET), EX (YEL) and range of bearing units.

A high interest was paid to HARP AGRO UNIT range – improved hub bearing units for Ukrainian and foreign machinery.

Farmers who visited the Field Day and use  HARP AGRO bearings noted their reliability and durability, spare parts show good performance for five or more seasons.

To be noted that the whole range of DUCAT disc harrows of LOZOVA MACHINERY is equipped with HARP AGRO UNITs with three-level protection, which are designed for disc tines and rollers which work in aggressive field conditions.

According to company managers, there is a three-level protection of hub bearings:

1) labyrinth cutter – prevents high pressure of the soil on the seal and protects unit from mechanical damages;

2) cassette seal protects from moisture and

mechanical impurities;

3) integrated lip seal protects from dust, fine particles and chemically aggressive inclusions.
