The meeting of dealers

On December 13, 2018 LOZOVA MACHINERY held an annual final meeting with Ukrainian dealers.
There were present heads and representatives of the largest suppliers of agricultural implements to the domestic market, including new dealers who joined in 2018.

A number of key issues were planned to be discussed, including summing up the results and achievements of cooperation between the dealer network and LOZOVA MACHINERY in 2018, as well as familiarizing partners with the plans and objectives for the next year. 

Within the framework of the conference, a fundamentally new system of working with distributors was presented, suggesting to increase sales growth and make them more efficient.

Special attention was also paid to improving of the machinery service maintenance, to reducing of the time required for warranty work focused on the seasonality.

In order to increase LOZOVA MACHINERY brand recognition, the standards for the design of retail outlets, using trademark branding, were approved.
 
“Ukraine is a very important and prospective market for us and for its development and strengthening of the company's position, we plan to change the principle of work with dealers, strengthening the responsibility of regional managers, – emphasizes Roman Girshfeld, Vice President Sales and Marketing of UPEC IG. – We will also approach more closely to the training of employees of the branch network and will involve our specialized agricultural universities for these purposes”.

Aleksey Grynenko, Chief Designer of the Ukrainian Design Bureau for Transmissions and Chassis (UKBTSh), presented the novelties of LOZOVA MACHINERY, which are planned to enter the market in 2019-2020. There are more than 10 tillage and sowing implements, and equipment for logistics among the presented novelties. 

“We made the implements multifunctional and as convenient in use as possible, improved the design, equipped the implements with ultra-durable working tools. All model line updates and planned premieres meet the needs of farms and large agribusinesses”, – said Aleksey Grynenko.

According to him, the equipment is directed to different soil and climatic conditions and is capable to perform a wide range of agronomic tasks.

As Roman Girshfeld pointed out, the products of LOZOVA MACHINERY are in demand in Ukraine; they are popular in the CIS and Baltic countries and today they are expanding their presence in Europe and North America. 

“We think about our partners and customers and we are ready for any changes in the agricultural sector, – says Roman Girshfeld. – All the novelties will be the embodiment of current trends in the domestic and global agro-industry. This is a wide range of agricultural implements, in which, in addition to technical innovations, we have taken into account the intellectual component and made the exploitation of the implements more comfortable.” 

Dealers became interested in LOZOVA MACHINERY innovations and they made appropriate proposals based on the Ukrainian farmers needs.

“I am sure that the model of work that we have scheduled for 2019 will allow us to achieve ambitious goals on new customers and large agricultural holdings attracting”, – summed up Roman Girshfeld.

Traditionally the awarding of the best dealers of 2018 ended the meeting.
