Doors Open Days took place at HARP

Doors Open Days took place at Kharkov Bearing Plant (HARP). The aim of the event was to give the job-seekers an opportunity to familiarize with available positions at the enterprise, work conditions and social safeguards for workers.     
       

During four days HARP was visited by more than fifty job-seekers of Kharkov municipal employment center with a specialization, as multiskilled machine-tool operator, maintenance men, and also students of specialization “Hydraulic and pneumatic machines” of Kharkiv Computer and Technology College NTU "KhPI".          

Within this event the visitors were informed of training systems at the enterprise, familiarized with enterprise history and told about production of bearing products, corresponding to high world standards and certification. 

HARP HR Director Irina Bulgakova informed those present of available positions, work conditions, social safeguards and possibilities of career advancement at the enterprise.   

During the excursion around the enterprise the job-seekers saw the scales of HARP machine-tool park and familiarized with technological processes of bearings production in details.

According to HR Director, many job-seekers and students became interested in job placement and traineeship at the enterprise by results of the excursion.
