AGRARIANS WILL GET 20% COMPENSATION OF THE LOZOVA MACHINERY COST

According to The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine Decree №130 dd. 01.03.2017, agrarians buying LOZOVA MACHINERY implements will be compensated 20% of the price.  LOZOVA MACHINERY, being the Ukrainian exemplary company with localization level of about 80 %, was included in the list of domestic equipment, which costs will be compensated from state budget.    

It is to be recalled that the state has allocated 550 millions of hryvnias for these proposes. The Program has been already launched.  The state refunding is granted for the whole range of LOZOVA MACHINERY implements. They can be purchased directly from a plant-producer as well as from all official dealers. 

The mechanism of compensation of 20% or fifth part of the cost is quite simple.   

  
The farmer should pay for equipment through the national banks – "Oshadbank", "Ukreksimbank", "Privatbank" or "Ukrgasbank", and apply for  compensation, providing necessary documents, confirming machinery purchasing in the national bank (bill copy, delivery and acceptance certificate of LOZOVA MACHINERY). 

After that the national bank passes the information to the Ministry of Agrarian Policy and Food of Ukraine (Minagropolicy), which in its turn transfer the money sum that is partially compensated in the national bank. The national bank pay back to farmer on the current account that he has in one of national banks within one day. 

The machinery must be purchased after March, 15 2017. 

The conscious choice for benefit of Ukrainian producers such as LOZOVA MACHINERY will let the farmers to get not only cost refunding, but also efficient result of its using. The farmers are agree with it.  

The representative of agro-industrial union "DION" (Dnipro Region) Vilatiy Guz who was going to buy the LIRA tooth harrow and ZLATNIK no-till seed drill says: “In terms of the price/quality relation, the implements of LOZOVA MACHINERY are the most attractive, even in comparison with foreign analogues. The state-of-art technologies are implemented both in foreign and domestic machinery today”. The agrarian adds that the compensation from the state budget additionally encourage purchasing of LOZOVA MACHINERY. It is important factor for choosing agricultural equipment.

The head of FFE "SOKOL", Alexksandr Sokol (Kyiv Region) who chosen heavy disc harrow DUCAT GOLD with working width of 8  m, adds that it is quite difficult for small farmings to renew machinery park, purchase modern equipment, so the state compensation program is a good solution. "As soon as the program joins into force, I will definately purchase disc harrow".  Many farmers are looking forward to start of the compensation program.  This is a considerable help for farmers, who own or rent small land areas". 

The compensation program is a substantial help to domestic farmers. However, the key factor for farmers when choosing agricultural implements is the energy efficiency and reliability rates of the LOZOVA MACHINERY, and if you have it than MONEY WORKS, and now it is partially compensated.
