LOZOVA MACHINERY TOOK PART IN 100 AGRO EVENTS: results of 2017

In 2017 LOZOVA MACHINERY set a goal to take part in 100 agro-events: Field Days, demo-shows, exhibitions. On November, 22 this goal was succeeded, when LOZOVA MACHINERY demonstrated energy efficient implements on the International Exhibition of Agriculture UzAgroExpo-2017 which became the 100th event on the LOZOVA MACHINERY account.   
 

During the year LOZOVA MACHINERY has been demonstrating modern agricultural machinery at all significant events of the industry. In particular, exhibitions of global scale, own demonstration tours and the Field Days, where farmers saw by their own eyes that LOZOVA MACHINERY implements provide qualitative tillage. 

Within the marathon #lozovamachinery100 LOZOVA MACHINERY:  

– visited over 15 countries, in particular Bulgaria, Poland, Germany, Kazakhstan, Latvia, Lithuania, Serbia, Romania, Slovakia, Hungary, Slovenia, Czech Republic, Moldova, Albania, Uzbekistan, etc.;

– conducted over 15 own demonstrations for Ukrainian farmers and took part in over 20 Field Days in Ukraine;

– held own Field Day "LOZOVA MACHINERY2017" visited by more than 700 people, including agrarian delegations from European countries;  

– took part in the large-scale agro-industrial global exhibition AGRITECHNICA-2017 (Hanover, Germany), which led to the signing of 10 dealer agreements, including 3 with distribution companies in Germany;

– presented to domestic and foreign farmers 8 novelties of the year – disc harrow DUCAT-6, heavy disc harrow DUCAT GOLD, heavy tooth harrow LIRA XL and tooth drag harrow LARI, rotary harrow DINAR, two-axle trailer ALBION-26; 

– conducted over 1000 negotiations with dealers and farmers;

– made over 200 cooperative agreements.

"Summing up the results of taking part in 100 events, it is worth to say that we expanded our geography of sales. In addition to domestic market and the CIS, Baltic, Eastern Europe countries, we opened the doors for conquering the markets in Central and Southern Europe, South America and Australia. We also start promotions and sales in one of the leading agro-industrial countries – Germany", – tells Roman Girshfeld, the Vice President Sales and Marketing.  

“According to the year results, we are expecting to increase growth of sales volume rates by 15-20% in comparison to 2016. It is observed sales growth in Bulgaria, Lithuania, Moldova, Uzbekistan, Estonia and other European, Baltic and CIS countries. For example, the volume of sales in Uzbekistan has doubled," – noted the Vice President Sales and Marketing.

The growth of sales volumes is stipulated by expanding of the range of reliable and qualitative LOZOVA MACHINERY implements, as well as by efficient promotion strategy.   

Thus, one of the most important stages of this year for LOZOVA MACHINERY is development of new machines which passed successfully all spring and autumn testing on the Ukrainian fields in different regions – heavy disc harrows DUCAT GOLD and heavy tooth harrow LIRA XL. In addition, in April 2017 the serial production of the rotary harrows DINAR with working width of 6,4 m was launched. LOZOVA MACHINERY produced first unique trailers ALBION-26 from "English line" in the second decade of October. The serial production is going to be launched in the first quarter of 2018.   

 

The properly chosen strategy for LOZOVA MACHINERY promotion to the global market, in the context of the demonstration tour through Europe and the CIS, has led to successful expansion of the sales geography. According to this strategy LOZOVA MACHINERY plans to increase export volumes in 2018.

"In terms of next year's plans, we intend to increase LOZOVA MACHINERY share of the exports from 20% to 35-40%", – sums up Roman Girshfeld.
