The Kharkov Electrical Engineering Plant UKRELECTROMASH (HELZ) is going to increase its sales volume in three times

The Kharkov Electrical Engineering Plant UKRELECTROMASH (HELZ) is going to increase its sales volume in three times by the means of introducing the new product lines to a new market, updating the serial products as well as high-quality promotion system.

“For the moment, we extend our distribution network for HELZ products both in Ukraine and abroad. It is planned to enter the EU market. More than 60% announced plans for 2017 have been confirmed by the preliminary agreements and contracts. Last year we worked out the standard for our dealers’ sales units. At this moment, we have 25 sales units under the standard. Furthermore, we began cooperating with the National supermarket chain called “Epicenter” in the Kharkiv in 2016. It is possible to buy the HELZ products there. We plan to extend the cooperation in a such way, that in future our products will be introduced in this distribution network in other regions of the state”, – comments Natalia Akimenko, the marketing director of “UPEC Trading”.   

The market of the HELZ products (electric motors, well and irrigation pumps, feed mills) showed the growth in 2016. Well pumps took the leading positions. Well pump is one of the most perspective HELZ products. It is planned to increase its sales in at least 3 times. Furthermore, manufacturing and marketing programs are directed on recovering the pre-crisis sales volume of irrigation pumps, which are also popular on the market. It is expected to achieve the growth at about 50%. The sales growth of the HELZ feed mills is forecasted to reach not less than 20%. As for electric motors, it is planned to introduce to the market a new product: energy efficient explosion-proof motors. Also, it is expected to increase the market share for special-purposed motors (electric motors for axial fans, multispeed motors).
