HARP WILL PRESENT ENERGY-EFFICIENT SOLUTIONS FOR AGRICULTURAL INDUSTRY AT THE GRAIN TECH EXPO

Kharkov Bearing Plant (HARP) will present a number of innovative solutions, which allow to enhance reliability and performance of agricultural machinery, at the largest agro-industrial exhibition Grain Tech EXPo (February 15-17, Kyiv).

At the booth there will be demonstrated both products, successfully used in agriculture and a wide range of new HARP developments.

Among demonstrated samples of products there will be a range of single row deep groove ball bearings HARP AGRO (so-called "million series"), as well as HARP AGRO bearings with a unique seal of increased tightness X-SHIELD, which allows the bearings to operate effectively in a dusty environment, severe conditions of agricultural machinery operation.

Among other innovations on the HARP stand there will be presented a range of bearing units HARP AGRO UNIT, in which applied the principle of a triple-barrier protection to ensure protection from any type of contamination. Know-how in the quenching of steel greatly increases the wear resistance of the unit, and the most modern production technologies ensure high durability and reliability, maximum durability under all conditions of operation.

Visitors of the exhibition will be able to get acquainted with reliable solutions implemented in the new line of Y-type bearings for pillow blocks – analogues of YAR, YET, YEL bearings, and in pillow blocks based on these bearings. They are equipped with the seal of increased tightness X-SHIELD that provides reliable protection against dirt, dust and moisture. Application of steel shields ensures additional protection of the seal against external physical impact (solid particles in the soil, stubble, moving straw mass).

HARP pillow blocks and bearing units are maintenance free and have enhanced service life.

A significant feature of the pillow blocks is complete interchangeability of the bearing and the housing at any desired time of operation.

HARP bearings and bearing units are energy efficient standardized solutions for application in disc harrows, seeders, harvesters and other domestic and imported tillage, sowing and harvesting machinery.
