HARP HAS STARTED SERIAL PRODUCTION OF THE NEW PRODUCT LINES

Kharkov Bearing Plant (HARP) has started serial production of the Y-type bearings – analogues of YAR, YET, YEL bearings and the line of pillow block bearing units on the base of these bearings.

The first buyers of new products have become the official HARP dealers in Ukraine – “TD IRBIS”, “Avtoprompodshipnik”, "Technotorg-don" and "Ukragrozapchast", dealers in Russia – "Rospodshipnik" and in Kazakhstan – “Integral-podshipnik". There also have been started supplies to the EU countries – Bulgaria, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Spain and Finland.

These products are optimized for application in tilling, seeding and harvesting equipment from leading manufacturers such as John Deere, Claas, Case, New Holland, Lemken and other. This is a new generation of world-class bearing products.

Let us remind that development of these products has been started in March 2016. When developing the modern products there have been taken into consideration operation conditions, as well as design modifications in the agricultural machinery of the leading machine-building enterprises. These types of units can operate at high loads, have improved protection and a wide range of application.

The essential feature of the line is a complete interchangeability of the bearing and the housing at any desired time of operation. Moreover, application of the X-SHIELD unique sealing with increased tightness provides protection against dirt, dust and moisture, and also ensures the grease retention. The steel shield provides an additional protection of the seal from an external physical impact (particulate matter in the soil, stubble, moving straw).
