Advanced HARP solutions at LOZOVA MACHINERY FIELD DAY-2021

On August 5, Kharkov Bearing Plant (HARP) took part in the open-air agricultural event LOZOVA MACHINERY FIELD DAY-2021 and presented reliable bearing products for tillage, sowing and forage harvesting equipment. 

The efficiency of HARP solutions is based on the application of high-quality components and modern technologies and equipment that provide a full production cycle of bearings and bearing units. Company has prepared the most interesting range of products, the key element of which is the line of bearing units HARP AGRO UNIT.

Advanced HARP AGRO UNIT line is distinguished by a reliable three-level bearing protection. Visitors were able to learn in detail about this advantage from HARP consultants at the booth. First level is a "labyrinth seal", which prevents the formation of high soil pressure on the seal and protects the unit from mechanical damage. "Cassette seal" protects the unit from mechanical contamination and moisture. Third level – built-in "lip seal" which protects unit especially during tillage.

"It was a great opportunity to show how the productivity of agricultural equipment depends on the bearing quality. During field demonstration of LOZOVA MACHINERY tillage units, which are equipped with our bearing units, farmers were able to see maintenance-free solutions in work. The audience paid much attention to the condition of the bearings after the passage of the equipment. And we received a lot of positive feedback from them", - noted Deputy Chief Designer Vladimir Fedorchenko.

Within the framework of the exhibition, there were held a number of meetings with agricultural machinery manufacturers who have been cooperating with HARP for a long time and use the company's bearing products in the production of their units.

The booth was also visited by long-time partners-farmers, who left positive feedback about bearings operation. "I'd like to note the reliable sealing system and zero maintenance. Even after several years of active operation, HARP bearings are in good condition", - told one of the guests.   

  

Particular interest was aroused by series of bearing units in standard and special versions – UCP, UCF, UCFL for tillage, grain processing, elevator, forage harvesting and other equipment. It is worth to highlight a special unit F480210K19, which is designed to work in a very dusty and aggressive environment. The secret of its wear resistance lies in the housing made of high-strength cast iron and a maintenance-free bearing with a 6-lip seal of increased tightness and    X-Shield protection from mechanical damage.

Kharkov Bearing Plant does not slow down and continues developing and producing a new generation of bearings with increased load capacity and extended service life, which will be further presented at specialized events.
