HELZ is the largest Ukrainian manufacturer of induction electric motors, wide range of electric pumps and feed mills.

The products of the HELZ trademark include a line of general industrial, special-purpose (single-phase, elevator) electric motors, electric motors for driving of axial fans ("Ptichnik") used in various industries, housing and communal services, fuel and energy, mining and metallurgy and agrarian complexes, as well as household products such as a line of reliable and effective irrigation and well pumps, feed mills for grain, corn and root crops. The products of the enterprise are certified according to the IEC and GOST standards and manufactured on high-performance local and imported equipment using modern technological processes.

The history of the HELZ trade mark begins back in 1932, when the first electric motors manufacturing workshops appeared at the plant, and the company acquired the name in 1938 (Kharkiv Electro-Technical Plant (HELZ)).

Distinguish feature of our plant is work under the slogan "For the first time": for the first time in the USSR, HELZ introduced manufacturing of the electric motors of the A-series. The first in the industry at the enterprise was started the manufacturing of motors designed for export to countries with a tropical climate. The first among Ukrainian enterprises HELZ started serial production of household electric pumps. For the first time "IKOR" household feed mills were commercially launched, etc.
