UPEC INDUSTRIAL GROUP is one of the largest private companies in Ukraine, which are engaged in machine-building business, - a manufacturer of components, units and equipment for railway transport, automobile, agricultural, machine-building and metallurgical industries. Company’s customers are practically all conveyor-production enterprises of the Commonwealth of Independent States.
Our Company was founded in 1995 and now it is developing as a client-oriented engineering industrial group. Our mission is to develop high intellectual industry as a base for the country’s economy and to be a leader in the area of engineering designs for basic branches of industry.
The Industrial Group heads for cardinal engineering and production re-equipment, based on respect to traditions of our brands and provision of engineering continuity of manufactured products.
Being a company oriented to future, we are investing considerable funds in the research and engineering developments. Research and engineering base of INDUSTRIAL GROUP UPEC includes: the united engineering centre, departments of product development, main engineering centers.
The Group innovation activity is coordinated by the Scientific and Technical Council.

Traditions of engineering
Development and production
Scientific and technical facilities of the company include: Joint Engineering Centre, Specialized Engineering Centres: Ukrainian Design-Engineering Bureau of Bearing Industry, Ukrainian Design Bureau of Transmissions and Chassis, Special Design Bureau Ukrelectromash, Experimental Design Bureau of Grinding Machines, Air Turbo Technology Department.
Industrial Group UPEC incorporates a number of leading machine-building enterprises with more than half a century history:
- Kharkov Bearing Plant (HARP)
- Lozovsky Forging Mechanical Plant (LKMZ)
- Kharkov Machine Tool Building Plant (HARVERST)

Also the Industrial Group includes service enterprises: “Transservis” and others.
