THE FIRST FARMERS GOT THE PARTIAL COMPENSATION FOR THE PURCHASED LOZOVA MACHINERY IMPLEMENTS

The first farmers, who purchased LOZOVA MACHINERY agricultural implements, have already got costs compensations within the state program on partial compensation of the cost of the domestic agricultural equipment.   

"LOZOVA MACHINERY, as a participant of this state program, has an opportunity to provide every farmer with highly-qualitative and energy efficient implements of domestic production, with preferential terms of purchasing, – notes Vice President Sales and Marketing of the UPEC IG Roman Girshfeld. – When buying our machinery the farmers not only save their resources, but also support the Ukrainian producer thereby developing agricultural business in the country”.    

The farmers from Dnipro and Nikolaev Regions got the first compensations acoording to program. The Ukrainian farmers have been waiting around half a year for the practical realization of the program. Since the autumn 2017 the partial compensation of domestically produced agricultural machinery cost has come into effect.  

"The system works. I got compensation for purchased spring-tooth harrow LIRA-24 on October, 4. Compensation of 20% of machinery costs from the state budget additionally encourages purchasing of LOZOVA MACHINERY. This is another important factor after quality and productivity, which I take into account when choosing new equipment", – says Head of LLC SVIT-AGRO Yuriy Moroz (Snigirevsky district, Nykolaev Region).       

LOZOVA MACHINERY continues successfully realization of the government program on partial compensation. The next plan is to apply the novelties of 2017 to be included in the list of agricultural machinery taking part compensation program.   

"The farmers will have an opportunity to purchase novelties of LOZOVA MACHINERY within the state program.The heavy disc harrow DUCAT GOLD, heavy tooth harrow LIRA XL, tooth drag harrow LARI, rotary harrow DINAR and two-axle dump trailer ALBION-26 will be soon included in the list of agricultural implements taking part in the compensation program", - Roman Hirschfeld is announcing. 

It is to be recalled that state program on 20% compensation of the cost of agricultural machinery and equipment of domestic production started on March,15 2017. It covers 800 units of equipment of 40 Ukrainian manufacturers, including LOZOVA MACHINERY. This year the state allocated UAH 550 mln for this program. According to the Government, the financing of the partial compensation program is planned to be increased up to UAH 1 bln.

To get 20% compensation of LOZOVA MACHINERY implements cost the farmer has to apply to national bank documents, confirming purchase. After receiving the documents, Minagropolicy transfers the money to the national bank within one month, which, in turn, transfers to farmer 20% of the purchased machinery cost without VAT within one day.  

Not every farming is able to renew agricultural machinery park in today's conditions of financial instability. The state compensation program substantially simplifies this stage. In addition, the farmers say that the decisive factors by choosing LOZOVA MACHINERY remain high quality rates and reliability of the machinery with which MONEY WORKS and now it is partially compensated.
