LOZOVA MACHINERY SUCCESSFULLY COMPLETED SPRING TESTING OF THE DUCAT GOLD HEAVY DISC HARROW

LOZOVA MACHINERY successfully completed spring testing of the unique DUCAT GOLD heavy disc harrow with a working width of 8 m.
Testing took place in the fields of LLC Krasnogradskoye Dzherelo (Kharkov region), and the unit showed excellent results.
"The disc harrow has cultivated 200 ha of field after corn, – says Yuriy Batov, Deputy Director LLC Krasnogradskoye Dzherelo. – After harvesting corn, stubble with a very developed root system remains in the field, which makes spring cultivation difficult. The DUCAT GOLD disc harrow perfectly coped with a task: working at a depth of 12 cm, the unit perfectly incorporated stubble remains. At the same time, the harrow demonstrated high efficiency, quality of soil cultivation without blocking of working tools and excellent energy performance – fuel consumption amounted to 8,8 l/ha". .
Intensive mixing of soil and plant mass with the disc harrow is achieved due to discs with a diameter of 726 mm, which absorb a load of 260 kg. And the X-shaped arrangement of discs completely eliminates the side drift of the unit when working at big depth.
DUCAT GOLD is equipped with maintenance-free HARP AGRO UNITS, which provide efficient operation of agricultural machinery in a dusty environment, as well as a number of other advantages.
It should be recalled that last year in November DUCAT GOLD heavy disc harrow passed the autumn testing in the fields of Chernigov region, and showed excellent work on complex firm soils with a high sand content.
Presentation of the new unit will be held on June 7-10 at the International Agro-Industrial Exhibition AGRO-2017 (Kiev), where farmers will be able to get acquainted with and purchase heavy disc harrow, as far as the unit goes on sale since June this year.
