With an intention to protect the rights of its intellectual property, the UPEC IG appealed to A3 TECH-Ukraine so that the company stopped manufacture of an identical aggregate without legal basis. A3 TECH-Ukraine didn’t response, therefore the UPEC IG was forced to sue an unfair competitor.

According to decision of the economic courts of all instances (economic, appellate, higher) LLC A3 TECH-Ukraine is prohibited to manufacture and sell on the territory of Ukraine the COMBER spring harrows.
