Biography.
Anatoliy Girshfeld was born on August 7, 1957 in Dnepropetrovsk.
Education: in 1974 he graduated from school with a gold medal; in 1980 he graduated from Kharkov National University of Radio Electronics with honors.
Management experience is over 30 years.
1995 – founder and general director of PJSC "U.P.E.C."
2001 – President of PJSC "U.P.E.C."
2002-2006 – Honorary President of PJSC "U.P.E.C." Deputy of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine of the IV convocation for electoral district No. 180, Chairman of the subcommittee of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine on economic policy.
2006-2011 – President of PJSC "U.P.E.C."
2011- November 2012 - General Director of PJSC "U.P.E.C."
November 2012 – Deputy of the Verkhovna Rada of the VII convocation. Elected for the majority district No. 179. Honorary President of PJSC "U.P.E.C."
November 2014 – Deputy of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine VIII convocation. Elected for the majority district No. 179.
October 2008 – was elected as Chairman of the Council of the Association of Employers' Organizations of Kharkov region "Granit".
November 2010 – Deputy Chairman of the Council of the Federation of Employers of Ukraine.
2010 – a member of the working group "Technological Modernization of Economy and Infrastructure Development" of Kharkov Regional Committee for Economic Reforms of the Kharkov Regional State Administration.
February 2011 – is a participant of the working group for the preparation of the draft Strategy for the development of the city of Kharkov until 2020.
June 2011 – Corresponding Member of the Engineering Academy of Ukraine.
December 2015 – has been elected a member of the Council of the North-East Scientific Center of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine and the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine.
May 2016 – Head the Supervisory Board of KhNURE.
December 2016 – has been appointed Executive Director of the National Committee for Industrial Development of Ukraine, Deputy Chairman of the National Committee
He was awarded the Order of Merit II and III degree, the Certificate of Honor and the Badge of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine "For Merits to the People of Ukraine."
A. Girshfeld is married and has two sons.
